Loki…God of Mischief… Why? Why that? Could have been the God of Darkness or Evil, or hell, even “God of Unspeakably Detestable Acts,” but no. It’s “God of Mischief.” That’s not frightening or remotely threatening. You know what it sounds like? It sounds like “God of Naughty Children”; the one who whispers in little kids’ ears and tells them, “Hey, see that vase over there? I bet it would make a perfect prison for the cat.”
